Backup Exec - Backup Failure

Hi.
After selecting SQL in my backup job my backups are failing with the following error messages.

V-79-57344-65085 - The consistency check did not complete successfully. The database may be corrupt or there is another error that is causing the consistency check to fail. Ensure that the database is online and that the database does not contain errors.

V-79-57344-37951 - Database master has failed to freeze for the snapshot backup.

Please can anyone assist.

Did you try to manually run the consistency check to see what the error is? As for the master db error,
