Azure Data

Hi All,
My company has Azure database on the cloud. We want to replicate data using SQL replication process from Azure cloud to on premise sql server. Since this is not possible from Azure data, we are planning to use Azure SQL Management Instance.

Can someone please tell me how we can use Azure SQL Management Instance and would it cost more.

Ok... I'm curious now... why do you have an on-prem when you have Azure in the cloud?
