Are you able to connect SSIS to this Odata endpoint?

Using

• Odata v2 endpoint: https://data.medicare.gov/OData.svc/4pq5-n9py
• MS Sql Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2017 version 15.4.2

I Am able to connect successfully when creating the connection manager.

However, when using the conection manager for data flow, get a "Unable to load collection for the connection...: Cannot Open this connection"

I played with Odata connections a while back but eventually gave up. I think the feature is incomplete
