Actual execution plan from dmv

Hi,
Could anyone tell me how do I get actual from DMV. I requested for DBA for actual plan to analyse the slow perforamce of SP the DBA said her has taken from DMV but he is not interested to give more details.Hope anyone from here could help me to get teh answer.
