I got the attached error when I decided to attach database from d-drive
what is the issue might be here?
No idea, the error message is very uninformative. More details will be available somewhere - perhaps the SQL Error Log.
Personally I would try attaching the DB with a SQL script - that will give you much better error-message feedback.
When you use the SSMS GUI tools there is usually a button to "Script this action" so you should be able to do everything, except the final step, and then generate a script an review that before trying to execute it.
