SSRS New Data Source Timeout error

Hello All,

I am trying to set up new data source on report manager but I am getting following error

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Any help? Thank you in advance for help..

are you calling a sproc or inline query
show us the query
run the query manually and see how long it takes

it resolved when IP used. Thx
