Hello Folks,
I have done both deployment of SSIS packages using SQL Jobs that call dtsx packages in Integration Services Catalogs and the old school (my favorite) of having SQL Jobs calling dtsx files on a network share along with .config files.
What is your preferences? I am trying to get a feel for things as to the way others do things and why. The first method is a bit tough for me to automate and change configs dynamically. There is the environments node under Integration Services Catalogs I would like to leverage.
Anyways I would like to move on to using only one, whichever one is automated Deploy friendly
