How can provide a SSRS report that was built on my local computer and deployed and tested with local Report Manager to an external user to view/run it.

- is this user part of the same domain that you belong to or do they have vpn access to your domain?
- if not you can email the report to them as pdf or excel
My report currently can run from report manager my local computer and i want the user to run it from report manager as well
that can be done but not recommended as you would have to set permissions on your local computer that would expose your computer to be compromised. It would involve modifying networking and other services which has not much to do with SQL and SSRS itself
