Dbcc checkdb error

#1

Hi,

I run into following dbcc checkdb errors on my production 2008 R2 SQL server database.

The same agent job has been running daily for awhile without any issue. This error showed up for last two days.

The job has 5 lines of dbcc checkdb () against tempdb, production db, master, model and msdb respectively.

I also pasted below another worrisome OS error came about 30 minutes later.

Other than these the server seems acting normal now.

I will be grateful if someone here could share their advices.

--OS error
Subject: SQL Server Alert System: 'Error 823-early hardware failure' occurred on \Server1
DESCRIPTION: The operating system returned error 665(The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation) to SQL Server during a write at offset 0x000021e3f7c000 in file 'E:\Databases\ProdXYZ.mdf:MSSQL_DBCC9'. Additional messages in the SQL Server error log and system event log may provide more detail. This is a severe system-level error condition that threatens database integrity and must be corrected immediately. Complete a full database consistency check (DBCC CHECKDB). This error can be caused by many factors; for more information, see SQL Server Books Online.

Thanks!

Also, msdb.dbo.suspect_pages table has nothing in it.

I have moved other jobs away from my DBCC CheckDB time windows.
