Here the problem:
SQl Server 2008 error message: "CONNECTION_ERROR" What does this message mean? Is there something I can do myself to repair SQl Server?
Are you able to connect with SSMS?
No...
Go to Control Panel - Administrator Tools - Services select SQL SERVER and double click on it- Click on start Service - Now login to SQL server with Windows authentication and use user name : (local). If it useless try this application ******
